Wow, this is the first time my husband who does not normally eat pork tried it and complimented it that it tastes like chicken, same thing I said when I bought it the first time but didn't keep any for him to try it. No much fat like those other they sell at the market and the chicken-like taste is just another story.
Honesty, I think if Pastor Jolomi used a pig from your farm to make his pork barbecue at his wedding, it would have been a better choice. I don't know what yo guys feed your pigs but it is so tasty and the fatty things that is usually on most pork I buy is not on yours.
